Cycling Product Manager/Director

At COROS, we are a sports technology company focused on building the best training solution for athletes worldwide. Our main goal is to use technology to solve athletes' problems and challenges.

COROS is looking for an experienced Cycling Product Manager/Director to join our team and focus on designing innovative, ease-of-use cycling technology products that deliver top-notch consumer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the COROS team worldwide to develop and execute product design strategies that meet market needs and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • · Lead product planning and design efforts for cycling hardware and software products, from ideation to production
  • · Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design decisions
  • · Create design concepts, sketches, and prototypes that communicate product vision and functionality
  • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure products align with consumer demands and business objectives
  • · Stay current on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies related to cycling productsons
  • · Work with global teams to ensure product localization and meeting regional market requirements
  • · Manage product design budgets and resources
Qualifications:
  • · Bachelor's degree
  • · 3-5 years of experience in product management, industrial design, or a related field, with a focus on cycling technology
  • · Strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • · Deep understanding of cycling product technology, trends, and customer needs
  • · Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies
  • · Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • · Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
