Cycling Product Manager/Director

COROS is looking for an experienced Cycling Product Manager/Director to join our team and focus on designing innovative, ease-of-use cycling technology products that deliver top-notch consumer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the COROS team worldwide to develop and execute product design strategies that meet market needs and drive revenue growth.
- · Lead product planning and design efforts for cycling hardware and software products, from ideation to production
- · Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design decisions
- · Create design concepts, sketches, and prototypes that communicate product vision and functionality
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure products align with consumer demands and business objectives
- · Stay current on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies related to cycling productsons
- · Work with global teams to ensure product localization and meeting regional market requirements
- · Manage product design budgets and resources
- · Bachelor's degree
- · 3-5 years of experience in product management, industrial design, or a related field, with a focus on cycling technology
- · Strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- · Deep understanding of cycling product technology, trends, and customer needs
- · Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies
- · Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- · Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
