MARKETING

Sports Science Marketing Manager

Join our growing team as a Sports Science Marketing Manager! We're seeking someone passionate about educating a global audience on how to best improve athletic performance through the use of wearable technology and software. Whether it's working with a content creator on YouTube, working directly with COROS customers on their performance, or writing training articles to help athletes understand key concepts, the Sports Science Marketing Manager will dedicate their effort to educating a global audience on the COROS training solution while identifying best practices for brand growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage external partnerships with athletes, coaches, and other 3rd party partners with the purpose of elevating our training insights while educating their audience
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Education and Head of User Engagement on product marketing and campaign efforts for product hardware and software, from ideation to delivery
  • Create, manage, and edit training content through the COROS blog
  • Engage with COROS customers through a variety of channels to educate them on training solutions
  • Lead and market the COROS Coaches service with the goal of generating growth and improving the overall user experience of training with COROS solutions
  • Collaborate with all areas of the COROS business to ensure products and software are marketed to the proper audience
  • Become an expert on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging wearable tech products


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in Sports Science, Sports Performance, Exercise Physiology, or a related field is required
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or business development. Technology industry preferred
  • 2 years of experience in writing content within the endurance industry
  • Coaching certifications relevant to the endurance industry
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates motivation, decision-making, performance review, and entrepreneurial initiatives
  • Deep understanding of wearable technology, trends, and target markets
  • Experience with managing projects and strategizing for success
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Eager to learn and work hard to meet company goals
  • Ability to develop and conceive plans/ideas into relatable content briefs

OPERATIONS

European Warehouse Assistant

At COROS, we are a sports technology company focused on building the best training solutions for athletes all over the world. Our main goal is to use technology to solve athletes' problems and challenges. While we continue to improve our hardware and software ecosystem, it is very important that we remain friendly and approachable to ensure we receive the highest level of feedback from our valued customers. We strive to have the best products, putting the customer at the forefront of our decisions, and wish to maintain a very high level of customer engagement.

The European Warehouse assistant will be located in our warehouse and office facility close to Amsterdam. They will be a key team member working directly with our European Customer Service, Marketing and Retail teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing fast-moving inventory and working to strict timelines.


Responsibilities:

  • Report to the European Warehouse Manager
  • Receive and process European product returns
  • Manage our sample and open box inventory levels for the whole of Europe
  • Despatch key athletes, ambassadors and retail sample orders
  • Communicate and co-ordinate product returns with the global customer service team
  • Ship outbound products to key retail and distribution partners in Europe
  • Perform regular inventory checks and reports


Qualifications:

Customer Support Agent (Remote)

COROS Wearables is expanding its team and seeking Customer Support Agents for remote roles within the United States. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional, educational, and empathetic support to our users and athletes. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about sports and technology and are eager to contribute to the daily training experience of COROS users.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their product-related queries and offering solutions with technical insight. Your role will involve regular interaction with a diverse community of sports enthusiasts, including runners, cyclists, and climbers. English proficiency is a must, and bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as we value the ability to connect with our global user base.

Responsibilities:

European Sales Manager

The European Sales Manager will be responsible for the management, growth and organisation of our emerging markets in Europe and Key Retailers in the UK. The person will be involved in the sales growth of all European territories outside of the France, Spain and DACH. This will be a very fast paced and exciting role where thinking outside of the box is a priority. The ideal candidate should be well experienced in solving problems and managing relationships; both internally and externally.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our distribution partners across Europe and key retail partners in the UK
  • Efficiently and accurately communicate COROS' software and hardware launches to our B2B partners across Europe
  • Help the customers to accurately forecast and plan deliveries into the future
  • Research and analyse consumer trends and purchase journeys within the European market
  • Communicate lead times and product availability to our retail and distribution partners
  • Maintain simple and efficient business relationships with our customers
