Impact Replacement Program

Coros™ is pleased to offer an impact replacement program for your LINX Smart Cycling Helmet. If your LINX helmet has been in an accident that results in damage to the product, please follow the steps below to return the helmet to our service center.  Once received, the product will be inspected to determine if you qualify for a 30% discount on the normal retail price for a replacement helmet.  

Send your damaged helmet along with remote, remote holder, and charging cable (if possible, use original packaging) to the following address:

NOTE:  Impact replacement program is available for US customers only.  Replacement discount is 30% off the normal retail price listed on Coros.com for approved helmet replacement claims.

IMPORTANT:  Once you have shipped the helmet, please send a note with the shipping tracking number, your complete contact information and a description of damage to the helmet and the circumstances of the damages via email at customerservice@coros.com
